My physical manifestations have been my heart but I believe it is coming to an end. I do want to stay connected to you.
Thank you for your beautiful message and for connecting with me here. I can feel the intensity and essence of your journey in those few words,"shattered by this LOVE. GRACE." Yes. There’s truly nothing else that comes close to this inner baptism of fire, water and air. Years ago, when I first came across this poem from an unknown early Christian mystic, I felt as if I had finally found a kindred spirit:
"The Path of Love
Is like a Bridge of Hair
Across a Chasm of Fire."
Please stay in touch, and know that I’m here if ever I can be of service in any way. We all need kindred spirits and compassionate hearts to walk alongside us. And when we find those fellow whirling dervishes, the journey not only becomes easier but more joyful as well. It starts to feel like the "new normal."
It’s my hope that this series of Kundalini conversations will open space for honest sharing and dialogue about the aspects of this radical transformation that often go unspoken.

I think Grace has only tentatively introduced herself to me! 😊 Nevertheless, that gentle tap on my shoulder has been enough to completely shift the direction of my life. It’s a strange place, where I find myself; like being stuck between two worlds. I go to work, I spend time with my family, I meet up with my friends (occasionally) and I play the roles that I always have, but I’m being pulled away.
I’m trying to maintain the status-quo and do what I need to do to earn a living and fulfil my responsibilities, but that yearning inside is intensifying. It’s getting increasingly restless and it wants to break free! It’s difficult when you know that your life is heading in a different direction, than most of the people that are currently in it.
